Confirmation: All requirements for your group should be made no later that four weeks prior to your event.
Guarantees: At least two working days prior to your event we need the number of guest attending. The
guaranteed number given will be the minimum number charged.
Payment: Full payment is due at the conclusion of the event, minus any deposit previously received.
Comp Policy: We will comp one meal for tour groups with a minimum of twenty-five people. This enables
the tour director to dine with their guests. We are unable to offer this to groups of less than twenty-five.
